ECEWS Osun State has taken bold steps to strengthen healthcare service delivery by conducting a comprehensive clinical audit across supported facilities. Led by Dr. Emmanuel Esara, the audit team reviewed clinical documentation, verified alignment with national treatment guidelines, and assessed the accuracy of records in both EMR systems and hospital care cards. This exercise not only highlighted the quality of care provided but also identified areas for targeted mentoring, reinforcing accountability and continuous improvement in healthcare services.
