Dr. Andy Eyo
Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of Chemistry from the University of Calabar, Nigeria with a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental management and in Education from the University of Uyo. He also holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Leadership) from the University of Liverpool; with Certificate in Grant Management from North Pole institute, USA and Lagos Business School. He also boasts of certification from Measure Evaluation/PHRP-OAU Ife as a Monitoring and Evaluation professional. He has several certifications in management of World Bank programs especially in the HAF 1 process including certifications on the Epidemiology of HIV/AIDS and Health Planning from John Hopkins University, MD USA.
He was the Principal Investigator and Project Director of a seven year long $5.1 million MACC-4 project; a CDC/PEPFAR project in Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Abia States, the Principal Investigator of a CDC/PEPFAR Comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and Treatment project in Enugu, Imo and Ebonyi States, supervises the UNFPA funded SRH/HIV integration project in Benue, Cross River, Akwa Ibom and Kaduna States. He is a member of the International AIDS Society, Environmental Managers Association of Nigeria, and Counselling Association of Nigeria.

Dr. Okezie Onyedinachi
Chief Health Officer
A graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka as a Medical Doctor. He holds a post graduate diploma in Family medicine from the University Of Pretoria, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Health from WITS University and Master of Philosophy Degree in HIV/AIDS Management from Stellenbosch University, Cape Town – South Africa and a certification in interpersonal skill from Lagos Business School. With over two decades in programme management experience in HIV/AIDS/TB/Malaria at National, state, Local Government, health facility and community levels (Lesotho and Nigeria), He functioned as a consultant with ICAP Lesotho in implementation of Public Health programs, was instrumental to the rapid decentralization of HIV services to lower levels of care and in the setting up of the MDR TB centre in Mohale’s Hoek District Hospital, VFLesotho with support from Green Life Pharmacy and University Research Company (URC), contributed to the development of programs to mitigate the impact of the HIV/AIDS Epidemic. He boasts of great accolades as the face of CIHP and award of Excellence from CIHP, 2013 and ECEWS 2015 respectively- two leading implementers of HIV/AIDS program in Nigeria. He is a member of the national task team on HIV/AIDS program and has been involved in development of Global Fund Proposals, policy documents and guidelines in HIV/AIDS program both locally and internationally. Asukwo Okon Etuk
Chief Technical Officer/ Administrative Lead
A graduate of the University of Uyo, Uyo majoring in Theatre Arts. Served in the Red Cross in the capacities of the Branch Secretary and Chief Executive Officer for Akwa Ibom State Branch. He has been actively involved in the design and implementation of programmes in Health and Care, Institutional Development, Disaster Preparedness and Response as well as Youth development targeting the most vulnerable populations; led the Red Cross Akwa Ibom State Branch for 7 years to become the Best Red Cross Branch in Nigeria. He boasts of extensive training both in Nigeria and abroad in Youth Work, Globalisation, Disaster Management, HIV/AIDS, First Aid, stakeholders’ engagement, Project Management, Collaboration and Networking. Others are in Community Programming and Reporting. Possesses a knack for proactiveness in projects coordination, CSO coordination, capacity building, communication, community mobilization/ engagement, programmes monitoring and feedback management.

Dr. Adeoye Adegboye
Chief of Party, ACE-5 Project
Adeoye Adegboye is the Chief of Party of Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS) on the USAID funded Accelerated control of HIV Epidemic (ACE-5) control program in Nigeria with over 180 thousand people currently on treatment. He is responsible for the overall coordination of the program. Prior to joining ECEWS, he was a Sustaining Technical and Analytical Resource Fellow (STAR Fellow)/ Senior Technical Advisor working on the Prevention and Community Program and the Care and Treatment Program team at USAID-Nigeria where he provides quality, technical leadership and support related to the provision of HIV testing services, care, and treatment to PLHIV. He previously worked with the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, as Program Manager/Local Government Saturation Coordinator of the Rivers surge project, Granular/Enhanced site Management (GSM/ESM) coordinator, Priority LGA Coordinator for the epidemic control project. Adeoye had his medical training at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Public Health degree and did his residency training in public health. He has over 15 years post qualification experience in public health. He has over 20 Manuscripts published in peer reviewed Journals and has also presented many abstracts at conferences

Otoyo Toyo comes with over 15 years experience in community outreach activities, with 10 years’ in the design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public health interventions in Nigeria. He has led the implementation of numerous public health initiatives and supported projects in different states in Nigeria
He had his medical training at the University of Port Harcourt, a fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, the Royal Society of Public Health and the American Public Health Association. He is a member of the International AIDS Society and has authored and co-authored several scientific manuscripts, abstracts, monographs, technical briefs and reports, and made numerous presentations on local and international fora on various areas of HIV program implementation.
