ECEWS Osun State conducted a comprehensive clinical audit aimed at strengthening health system service delivery and completeness of data across supported facilities. 

The exercise focused on verifying that Clinical services provided in Osun State align with the approved national treatment guidelines provided, and that all care provided is accurately documented in both the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and the corresponding hospital care cards. 

During the assessment, all client folders were meticulously reviewed to ensure that clinical documentation remains reliable and reflects true client care outcomes. This precise approach highlighted the quality of clinical services delivered over time. The audit also provided valuable insights into areas requiring targeted mentoring for service providers and reinforced the importance of integrating routine clinical audits into ongoing program activities.   By consistently prioritizing accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement, ECEWS continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring that health facilities deliver consistent, high quality care to the communities they serve.
