The Hub-and-Spoke Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) model for Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) was introduced in 2021, leveraging primary healthcare facilities (PHFs) to enhance sustainability and efficiency. This paper describes lessons learnt from implementing the model in Cross River State, Nigeria.
