As a local entity, through the support of our funders, we have made significant improvements to people's livelihoods and reduce their economic vulnerability. Our efforts have included empowering market women with skills and seed grants to help their businesses grow. We have also provided cash transfer funds to over 250 households, allowing them to send their children to school and prioritize their health.

Our Economic Strengthening focus area has included several initiatives, such as the National Social Safety Nets Programmes (NASSP), which is an evidence-based strategy for reducing poverty. We also implemented the Saving the Unborn Child and Women Project (Nka Uforo Iban, USA), as well as the PEPFAR-funded Child Protection Project & Village Savings and Loans program.
