This was a comprehensive HIV Prevention, care and treatment project. The project expanded across to condom, HTC, ART, PMTCT and TB services delivery points including 45 TB DOT sites using national standards of practice and protocols. ECEWS built capacities of local healthcare workers, social workers, and field volunteers on varied thematic areas for a robust HIV response, and sustainability.

618,450 persons were provided with HTS including key population reached via KP friendly community-based organization, 3,890 clients were newly initiated on ART, with a total of 4,462 PLHIV placed on treatment.  6,904 KP members were reached with the combination prevention intervention including provision of syndromic sexual transmitted infections and TB services. 6227 key populations were provided with HIV Testing services from which 530 HIV positive KPs (11.8 Positivity Rate) were identified and were successfully linked into HIV care at KP friendly Hospital of General Hospital Udi and Okigwe in Enugu and Imo state respectively
